Guardian Angels are spiritual beings that protect and guide us from birth to death. In this article, we invite you to explore who these celestial beings are, how they can protect and guide us on our life path and how it is possible to establish a channel of communication with them.

What are Guardian Angels?
Guardian Angels are spiritual beings or divine energies assigned to every human being to protect and guide us on our path. It is believed that these angels are present from birth to death and are a means of communication between the human being and the divine universe.
Belief in Guardian Angels has been part of various spiritual traditions throughout history, including Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Judaism.
In general, Guardian Angels are seen as peaceful and loving beings who offer guidance and support to their protégés. It is said that Guardian Angels can send divine messages, which are interpreted by people through dreams, signs or intuitions. They can also act as physical and emotional protectors, helping to avoid dangers and overcome obstacles. The connection with Guardian Angels can be strengthened through meditation, prayer and an active spiritual life.
How do guardian angels protect us?
Guardian angels are our “personal bodyguards” who make sure that we do not end our physical incarnation prematurely.
Generally, guardian angels do not interfere with our free will, unless explicitly requested to do so by the Divine Source. And, anyway, they only do so in case of life-threatening situations.
In this way, a guardian angel can intervene even if his help has not been invoked by us, but only if we are about to end our physical existence prematurely.
How to contact our guardian angels
The easiest way to meet our guardian angels and communicate with them is to ask them to send us signs.
We can do this through a short and simple meditation in which we ask for images, symbols, colors, faces, signs, numbers or anything else that can help us identify them.
We can even find out their names by simply asking them to introduce themselves. Their names can be very trivial or strange.
Trusting our intuition and the signals we receive is very important, as it will allow us to know and establish a channel of communication with our Guardian Angels.
There are no limits to the form in which personal Celestial Guardians can appear to us, as they take on the appearance that is most understandable to us at any given time.
Guardian Angels are always close to us, even when we cannot feel them clearly. Their loving presence can manifest in the form of a caress, a hug or we can even feel a change of temperature in the room.
When we are going through very difficult periods or intense changes we may attract other Angels in addition to our two Celestial Guardians who provide additional support.
Meditation to communicate with our Guardian Angels
- Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without being interrupted.
- Close your eyes and take several deep breaths, concentrating on the sensation of the breath in your body.
- Visualize a bright, protective light surrounding you, feeling safe and secure.
- Think of your guardian angels and ask them to accompany and guide you in this meditation.
- In your mind or out loud, ask a question or request a specific message from your guardian angels.
- Pay attention to any thought, sensation or impression you may receive. It may be an idea, an image, a phrase or an emotion.
- Continue to focus on connecting with your guardian angels and be open to receive any messages they want to send you.
- When you feel ready, thank your guardian angels for their presence and help. Open your eyes and return to full awareness of your surroundings.
What are the heavenly messengers?
Celestial Messengers are Angels who can take human form for a certain period of time to give us a message, help us in case of danger or help us integrate a “life lesson”.
In general, the Entities of Light are reluctant to appear directly before us, as they do not want to frighten or disturb us in any way. Moreover, it is quite complex for them to manifest on this Physical Plane of existence, as their energy is completely different from ours.
In the case of Heavenly Messengers, they are able to take human form temporarily to help us in a moment of danger: many people around the world have spoken of apparitions of seemingly “normal” people, such as nurses, passers-by or, in any case, a stranger who helped them in an extreme situation, and then mysteriously disappeared.
Guardian angels in different religions and cultures
Guardian angels have deep roots in Abrahamic monotheism, with mentions in the Old Testament of the Hebrew Bible and in the Koran. In Christianity, it is believed that each person has a guardian angel assigned to them from birth who protects and guides them throughout life. The Catholic Church teaches that angels are spiritual beings without physical bodies who are at the service of God and act as divine messengers and protectors.
In Islam, angels are believed to be incorporeal beings created by God to worship him and carry out his commands. In addition to being protectors, they also act as rememberers and judges on the day of judgment. In Judaism, angels are believed to be divine agents who carry out God’s will and each person has a special protective angel assigned to him.
In addition to monotheistic religions, beliefs in guardian angels are also present in other religions and cultures. In Zoroastrianism, angels are believed to be intermediaries between God and humans and each person has a special guardian angel. In Greek mythology, angels are known as divine messengers and are portrayed as winged beings with feathered wings. In Celtic culture, protective spiritual beings known as guardian angels or spirit guardians were believed to exist.
